Vaja was founded by Henrik Eskilsson and Anders Olsson, two experienced entrepreneurs who have built several successful companies in technology and solar energy. Today, we are a passionate team with a strong ambition to accelerate the transition to a net-zero world.

In 2026, Vaja will begin rolling out our groundbreaking wind-responsive solar tracking technology – with the potential to revolutionize how solar farms are built in large parts of the world.

About our founders

Henrik Eskilsson is co-founder of Tobii and Dynavox Group, which he built from garage past 1,000 employees together. Both companies are world leaders in their respective domains (eye tracking and communication aids), and both are publicly listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Anders Olsson is a serial entrepreneur and one of the pioneers in the Swedish solar energy market. He built Soldags from the ground up into one of Sweden’s leading residential solar energy companies.

Why Vaja?

Our fundamental wind-responsive technology is inspired by how branches and leaves handle strong winds by feathering (or “vaja” in Swedish) in the wind. Hence our company name – Vaja.
